Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, meeting project objectives, client requirements, and overall company goals.
- Oversee daily support and maintenance of our internal Salesforce instance, implementing long-term improvement operations to ensure adaptability to evolving mission requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow developers to devise cohesive project strategies, ensuring effective collaboration across all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment, facilitating swift responses to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovating successful approaches to meet mission goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, encompassing Apex and Lightning.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address high-level software and application issues.
- Project management abilities with effective communication skills for collaborative teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
