- Review system-generated triggers for potential fraud on cards and accounts.
- Verify new customer applications for fraud.
- Investigate alerts for Account Take Over/ID theft.
- Analyze banking transactions and consumer behavior.
- Stay updated on the latest fraud trends.
- Identify and minimize fraud risks.
- Achieve/exceed quality standards.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Financial institution experience.
- Background in fraud, especially in card industry disputes.
- Adaptability and strong communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and basic banking knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
