Salesforce Consultant
Location: 820-Business Information Systems, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Description: As a Salesforce Consultant, your role involves:
- Building and optimizing Salesforce functionality for the organization.
- Configuring APIs with internal and third-party applications.
- Active involvement in deployment and release processes.
- Improving and building solutions to address design gaps or technical debt.
- Active participation in scrum and development discussions.
- Updating and maintaining technical documentation for compliance purposes.
- Applying overall Salesforce administration standard methodologies in system configuration.
- Working independently on all phases of application development.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of Salesforce admin and application development experience.
- Experience working in a team following Agile methodology.
- Strong hands-on experience in LWC, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, FLOW, and JavaScript.
- Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.
- Familiarity with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning web components.
- Experience with data management and data migration principles and applications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues using various tools in Salesforce.
Preferred:
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
- Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
- Experience using JIRA, GitHub, CI/CD tools.
Your Role: Collaborate with the Salesforce Team to start building the necessary Salesforce business functionality supporting various organizational initiatives.
